Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with customers and insurers. The role focuses on accurate damage assessment, documentation, and teamwork to meet KPIs in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

The Estimator evaluates repair needs, communicates effectively, and adheres to DRP and WOW standards, with opportunities for commissions tied to location, revenue

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
