Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Michigan to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process and document damage, repairs, and parts replacement to support KPI achievement.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum 1 year experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and staff sessions.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
