• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with team members and customers.
• Support production walks and daily operations as needed.
