Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role requires 2+ years of DRP estimating, 2+ years of CCC1 experience, and 4+ years of customer service excellence, along with a valid driver's license and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Support team during daily production walks and meetings.
• Assist in scheduling, communication, and post-repair activities.
