Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Virginia to create accurate vehicle repair estimates using CCC1 Estimating System. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure repairs align with OE guidelines and DRP requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and supporting team KPIs. A base salary plus commission and signing bonus are available for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to navigate repair data.
• Willingness to complete DRP/process training.
• 1 year minimum experience with DRPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while creating estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document damage, assess needed repairs and parts.
• Ensure adherence to all insurance program requirements and KPIs.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
