Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair provider with a nationwide footprint, seeking a detail-oriented vehicle estimator/coordinator. You will educate customers on repair processes, manage estimates, and oversee repairs to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling insurance coordination, updating customers, and ensuring accurate documentation and post-repair steps. This role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork and precise communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and partner interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation; lock final numbers.
• Oversee each repair to ensure quality per Crash Champions standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and the best possible experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
