Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a willingness to pursue I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required and commissions may apply based on location and performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP compliance knowledge.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to meet requirements and timelines.
• Support team during daily production walks and meetings.
