Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. The Estimator will document damage, determine needed repairs and parts, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs, follow insurance guidelines, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in related field.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions.
