Gerber Collision & Glass in Mustang, OK is seeking an Estimator who will deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates, communicating needs to customers and insurers, and aligning with team KPIs.

You will coordinate with insurance clients, document interactions, and support the shop team while upholding our core values of honesty, integrity and respect.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information during the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
