Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Tulsa, OK is hiring a skilled Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates, document damages, and coordinate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You'll work closely with all team members to meet facility KPIs and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of OE guidelines and DRP procedures, a valid driver's license, and I-CAR training willingness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP requirements and insurance procedures.
• Basic computer skills to document estimates and customer data.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Support team members and attend trainings as required.
