Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, ensure compliance with DRP requirements, and work with our team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, participating in daily production walks, and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating practices
• Coordinate repairs and parts with team members
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings
• Support teammates as needed and attend trainings
