Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver a superior customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, ensure DRP compliance, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, I-CAR readiness, and a valid driver’s license. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Coordinate repair planning and customer communication
• Support team members and participate in daily production walks
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold company values
