Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. The role emphasizes clear communication, adherence to DRP rules, and collaboration with the management team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• DRP compliance experience (1 year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed and attend meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
