Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document all interactions, and align with the team to hit KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a valid driver’s license, with I-CAR training anticipated. This is a full-time opportunity in the United States with strong benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Awareness of DRP processes and compliance.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and processes.
• Participate in production walks with management and support team.
