Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role involves documenting estimates, parts needs, and communications to ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines, plus DRP exposure or willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• 1 year DRP experience; I-CAR training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in daily production walks.
• Maintain the store's KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
