Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage and document required repairs on the damage appraisal, helping the team meet KPIs and provide a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• I-CAR Training preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions recommended by Store Manager.
