Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurance companies, assess vehicle damage, and ensure repairs align with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience.

Competenze

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Awareness of where to look for answers.
Basic computer skills.
Compliance for DRP’s.
Minimum of 1-year experience.
Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
Valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
Coordinate with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
Communicate customer requests to the team and support colleagues as needed.
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone and maintain positive energy.
Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend required meetings.
