Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs and parts, and collaborate with team members to meet KPIs. This role requires strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Take part in trainings and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
