Job summary

The Boyd Group Services in GA Hinesville is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and help the team achieve shop KPIs while following DRP procedures and insurance program requirements. Compensation ranges from $49,000 to $70,000 per year, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• DRP experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with internal teams.
• Attend production walks and support team members as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings as required.
