Job summary

The Boyd Group in Georgia Statesboro is seeking an Estimator to deliver an excellent customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts needs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and DRP/compliance knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
