Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle repairs and managing communications with customers and insurers. This role mirrors our commitment to top-tier service and KPI achievement at our collision and glass facilities.

The Estimator will document interactions, coordinate repairs, and ensure adherence to DRP and WOW standards, while actively supporting the team and participating in safety and training sessions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; 1-year DRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
