Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding clients through repairs, and ensuring adherence to DRP requirements while collaborating with the management team to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
