Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately appraising vehicle damage, coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies, and guiding the repair process to meet KPIs.

The Estimator will document repairs, communicate needs to the team, and ensure alignment with all WOW standards while maintaining service excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand and apply all required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and assist as needed.
• Support team members as required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
