Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damage, specify required repairs and parts, and work with customers and insurers to keep them informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers, complying with DRP and WOW standards, and supporting team goals and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE guidelines and repairs processes.
• Basic computer skills and DRP awareness.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in production walks.
• Assist teammates and participate in health, safety and training sessions.

Skills
