Job summary

The Boyd Group in Georgia is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers, ensuring DRP compliance, and supporting the team to meet KPI targets. Requires understanding of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Support team members and participate in daily production walks.
• Maintain KPI targets and support Health & Safety meetings.
• Uphold the company core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
