Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs, and communicates progress with the team to meet KPI targets.

The role requires knowledge of OE repair guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience, with I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how to navigate repair processes and DRPs.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software.
• Ability to look up information and find answers quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required.
• Support team members and participate in safety trainings.
