Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurers, and help the shop meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with DRPs, and are willing to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver’s license is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team members to meet KPIs.
• Support management and participate in safety and staff meetings.
