Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance partners. The role requires accurate documentation, clear communication, and adherence to DRP guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication across teams.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain KPIs and uphold company values.
