Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance providers throughout the process. The role centers on reliable documentation, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is essential.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately throughout the repair process.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair workflow.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with daily production walks and team support as needed.
• Participate in health & safety meetings and training sessions when required.

Skills
