Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator who will provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies.

You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and communicate with team members to meet KPIs in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance (1+ year).
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update all customer interactions promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Coordinate daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members and attend health & safety meetings.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines

Basic Computer Skills

Compliance for DRP's

Valid Driver's License
