Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers, insurance adjusters, and shop teams.

You will document interactions, ensure compliance with insurance requirements, participate in daily production walks, and help the team meet KPIs while upholding core values of honesty, integrity and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s and related processes.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction clearly and timely.
• Provide accurate, concise information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with team on repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures relevant to DRP work.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Complete training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
