Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP processes and insurance requirements.
• Ability to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligns with shop KPIs.
• Collaborate with management and production teams to maintain service standards.
