Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies through the repair process.

You will work with the team to meet facility KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and stay aligned with insurance programs while providing strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for estimating and documentation.
• Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance workflows.
• I-CAR training and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide clients with timely repair information and guidance through the process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements and DRP metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to the repair team and management.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain positive energy on-site.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support teammates as needed and attend training sessions.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and related staff sessions.
