Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document communications and guide clients through the repair process while aligning with KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; base pay is

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate repair planning and customer communication per WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy on site and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
