Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document communications, inform customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The role requires DRP knowledge, high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training and development are provided as part of our commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP experience is preferred; I-CAR training may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all DRP and insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support staff.
• Maintain the store's KPIs by maximizing role performance and uphold core values.
