Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate vehicle damage assessments and create repair plans that align with customer expectations. You will manage communications with customers, insurance companies, and team members to drive the repair process and KPIs.

The role emphasizes a positive customer experience, adherence to DRP requirements, and collaboration with the shop team to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
