Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance steps, and rights while maintaining high service standards.

You will handle estimates, update customers, coordinate with Body Technicians, and help finalize repair orders, disbursement paperwork, and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to educate and support clients.
• Strong organization and multitasking in fast-paced shop environments.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and repair processes.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance steps, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, update final estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs through process and ensure quality standards via QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and finalize repair orders and paperwork.
