Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and repair rights; complete initial and final estimates; and manage each repair through to QC.

You will keep customers informed, review data with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401k with match, and incentive bonuses; posted pay ranges from $65,000 to $150,000 per year.

Competenze

• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell & Audatex).

Mansioni

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and perform in-process QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; ensure carrier requirements are met.
