Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an energetic professional to educate customers through the repair journey, collaborate with insurance partners, and ensure accurate estimates and timely updates for every vehicle.

You will manage repairs from intake through QC, coordinate with body technicians, review data, and handle paperwork to close final orders while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience educating customers on repair and insurance processes.
• Ability to produce and review estimates and manage repairs.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience.
• Pull and review data with body technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close repair orders, disbursement paperwork, resolve file exceptions.
