Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator to educate clients on the repair process and insurance steps. You will develop initial and final repair estimates, oversee the repair lifecycle, and ensure quality control from disassembly to completion.

You will keep customers informed, review procedures with technicians, and manage paperwork and carrier requirements to close out files efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service in auto repair or collision repair environment.
Knowledge of insurance procedures and customer rights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop setting.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, safety and value.
Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
Manage each repair throughout the process ensuring Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a superior customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and address file exceptions per carrier requirements.
