Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The role emphasizes documenting interactions, ensuring compliance with DRP processes, and collaborating with the Management Team during daily production walks to meet KPIs. Experience with I-CAR and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience

Aufgaben

• Document and update all customer interactions with details
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding the customer through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Comply with WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
