Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator who will deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, ensure DRP compliance, participate in daily production walks, and support the team to reach KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with DRP processes (1+ year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support all team members.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
