Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs while following company standards and WOW Operating Way guidelines.

The role requires DRP familiarity, I-CAR training willingness, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPIs by maximizing role performance and uphold core values.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

I-CAR Training (willing to complete)
