Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an experienced Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance companies.

You will document all interactions, guide customers through the repair process, ensure compliance with DRP requirements, and participate in daily team activities and training. The role includes commission potential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend trainings.
