Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role emphasizes clear communication, documentation, and collaboration with the repair team to meet KPIs.

The position requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, plus a willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with the team on repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Participate in daily production walks and supportive team activities.
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
