The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, DRP familiarity, and I-CAR training. A high school diploma is required, and strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Follow WOW operating methods for drop-offs and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Bring positive energy when greeting customers.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings.
• Attend trainings and workshops as advised.
