Gerber Collision & Glass in Woodinville, WA is seeking an Estimator to provide accurate damage assessments and generate repair estimates, coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

This role emphasizes clear communication, documentation, and collaboration with the production team to help achieve facility KPIs and exceptional customer service.

A minimum of 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training as required.
• Support team members when needed.

Connaissances

Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines

Basic Computer Skills
