Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The Estimator documents repairs, informs stakeholders, and ensures alignment with team KPIs and WOW standards.

Candidate must have experience with the CCC1 Estimating System, a high school diploma, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCC1 Estimating System is a requirement.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to document and communicate repair details clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and repair plans.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Update customers with progress and any changes to the estimate or repair plan.
• Support team and ensure adherence to KPIs and WOW Operating Way standards.
