Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurers and customers. You will document details, guide the repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training is a plus, and the company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
