Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurers, document damage, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are needed. Compensation includes commission opportunities and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP’s requirements, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain the store’s KPI’s by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold WOW Operating Way standards for customer drops-offs and communication.
